Sarner has created a dramatic and exciting exhibition which brings to life Norway’s most famous ship, the FRAM whilst telling the incredible stories of the famous Arctic and Antarctic explorers that sailed her.
Responsible for the design, creation, lighting, graphics, printing and installation, Sarner has delivered an impactful Museum makeover. The exhibition features storytelling, fun and adventure with new and exciting layered graphics, a Northern Lights experience and an immersive dark walk.
King Harald V of Norway opened the two phases of the project; the first coincided with the 150th Anniversary of explorer Fridtjof Nansen’s birthday and the second celebrated the 100th anniversary of Antarctic explorer Roald Amundsen reaching the South Pole.
Sarner won the International Award for best design for our entry on behalf of the Fram Museum.
