Sarner is working on a new brand destination in Malta for Simonds Farsons Cisk
Simonds Farsons Cisk plc, commonly known as Farsons, is a leading independent brewer and bottler and food and beverage conglomerate based in Malta with a growing international profile. Sarner are thrilled to be appointed by Farsons to design, develop and deliver AV content and hardware for the new cutting edge brewery visitor experience, to be housed in the former Farsons brewhouse.
Although today’s brewing operation now takes place in a modern, fully-automated factory, The Brewhouse is a listed building and is recognised as an icon of industrial heritage thanks to its art deco style and original copper kettles. At 7,000 sqm, The Brewhouse is currently being converted into a multi-purpose space to incubate emerging companies, support the local community and engage Malta’s increasing tourist population. Amenities will include flexible offices and events spaces, a micro-brewery pub, café and restaurant, a rooftop bar overlooking the island, as well as a visitor centre and brand store with an entertaining and educational exhibition space, celebrating brewing and the company’s brands and heritage.
